Cependant, sa complexit\u00e9 biochimique et structurelle limite notre compr\u00e9hension des param\u00e8tres cl\u00e9s r\u00e9gulant le comportement cellulaire.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>In vitro<\/em>, l&rsquo;un des d\u00e9fis auxquels sont confront\u00e9s les biologistes cellulaires consiste donc \u00e0 travailler avec des <strong>microenvironnements contr\u00f4l\u00e9s et reproductibles<\/strong> afin d&rsquo;\u00e9tudier plus efficacement les cellules vivantes et mod\u00e9liser des pathologies.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=\u00a0\u00bb30px\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column_text]\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Bio-ing\u00e9nierie PRIMO: La flexibilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9finir et optimiser les conditions <em>in vitro<\/em> comme vous le souhaitez<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">La technologie de bio-ing\u00e9nierie de PRIMO s&rsquo;appuie sur un module de <strong>photopatterning sans masque et sans contact<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.alveolelab.com\/fr\/nos-produits\/primo-micropatterning\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">PRIMO<\/a>) et un logiciel d\u00e9di\u00e9 (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.alveolelab.com\/fr\/nos-produits\/leonardo-logiciel-photopatterning\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Leonardo<\/a>).
