Discuss the benefits of pairing plasma treatment with PRIMO

Most of PRIMO’s protocols use a plasma treatment, to enhance Cryo-ET results, finely tune the extracellular matrix, and speed up microfluidic device fabrication.

Daily demonstrations of plasma cleaning are planned, including PDMS bonding and surface chemistry modification of glass slides.
