Whole-cell cryo-ET workflow: what new advances in cell sample preparations?

1:30 pm to 3:30 pm (Central US time) on Wednesday, August 5

Join this open discussion to exchange information about whole-cell cryo-ET workflows and share experience on new advances you have experimented in cell sample preparations or on which you would like to get opinions/advices.

Pr Elizabeth Wright and her team – from UW Madison cryo-EM research center – will join and be happy to discuss their own research work, methods, workflow and equipment used. They recently presented some workflow advances for whole cell correlative cryo-microscopy during a webinar series. The replay can be seen here.
