# TUTORIAL: Microfabrication with PRIMO

This tutorial describes the microfabrication process of a microchip mold, using the PRIMO2 photopatterning system and the LEONARDO5 software:

– Use a SU-8 spin-coated wafer
– PRIMO 2 objective calibration
– Create a SU-8 mold with a single layer
– Optional: Create a SU-8 mold with two layers
