#5 Setting the tube lens position

This step must be conducted whenever using a different microscope objective or type of substrate.

Make sure to adapt the correction ring of the microscope objective if present.

Use the green knob on the side of the PRIMO module to fine tune the focus on the substrate for your experiment or tune it in the software interphase.
